Refund policy

Life happens, we understand, but please note, cancellations are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or event and must be submitted through email (mahjinthemitten@gmail.com). Cancellations made via social media, including Instagram DMs, will not be accepted. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson or event are non-refundable.

Our event cancellation policy may change depending on venue. In these cases, the cancellation policy will be clearly stated in event description and/or included your confirmation email.
